With many of us having to continue our education online for the remainder of the school year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the biggest question many students and teachers share alike is: how will school look like next year?

As Covid-19 sweeps through the nation, the future and the challenges that come with it are unknown. El Rancho High School shut its doors for the rest of the year on March 13th.

The coronavirus pandemic has affected millions of people around the country and those in our community as well. Millions of people have lost their jobs, had their hours cuts, and pay cuts, making it difficult to provide for themselves and their families.

The El Rancho Unified School District was notified about the incident by the Los Angeles County Fire Department. The district decided for the safety of its students, to place the school on lockdown to prevent them from breathing the toxic air.
