The countless trailers and teasers have finally paid off. The long, awaited game Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has finally come! The game was released on December 7th in the United States. This anticipated game has taken the media by storm; from Twitter to game reviewers, the game seems to be holding its own as many indulge on its release.
Don’t know what the game is about? This game title, starting at the origin of 1998 up until now,  is a single/multiplayer game, which is based on fighting as its genre. Characters from Nintendo-based games, along as other places, are put in a selected arena of choice to fight. Other features include a story mode or practicing how to defeat an opponent. The game is rate T. This is a multi-series game, having 4 titles behind the recent: Super Smash Bros. 64, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. This recent, available title is exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. Seem interested? Up for the challenge? This game is highly recommended.
The developers Sora Ltd. and Bandai Namco are the masterminds behind the biggest title Nintendo has conjured so far. As for the concept, this popular franchise is all about what the fans want. Want Isabelle from Animal Crossing or Inkling from Splatoon? Well, they’re there. Think of any other characters for the franchise? They’re, the characters from previous Super Smash Bros. series and many more, all joined to meet for the final smash down of 2018. Yes, to go out with a bang, this will be Nintendo’s last title for the series.
Not much negativity from the game as reviewers seem to really take a liking from the presentation of the game itself, let alone the available features. IGN already rated the game an overall 9.4/10.For the goodies inside the game, there are many to choose from. You’ll be able to unlock 74 characters (many more to come), echo-fighters are also included (when choosing certain characters they may have 2 characters in their box selection), more than 100 stages, 800 musical tracks, a story mode, and so much more!

Nintendo has been holding their own in terms of games highly praised by fellow reviewers, gamers, and fans who enjoy this game system. Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe have all represented and developed the path to introduce something that surpasses everyone’s expectations. The Super Smash Bros. series have a history with fans and uniting all 4 games and new features combined with other promised inclusions have met their show down for their final game of the series. Though it is the end, it shall not be the end of this game. It will thrive and it will survive with it’s new and improved game.
