The ASB Executive Commission is organizing a ‘week of love’ for the month of February through the dates of 8th-11th (Friday 2/12 is a local holiday).
Monday (2/8) - Favorite Romance Movie:
ASB provided a template in which students were able to put a picture/screenshot of what their favorite romance movie was and tagged their class accounts to go towards class points. The most popular movie from all grades was the Notebook!
Tuesday (2/9) - Favorite Duo:
ASB provided another template to which students were able to include a picture/screenshot of their favorite friendship/couple, examples would be lilo and stitch Justin and Hailey Bieber. They would then post it and tag their class account to go towards spirit points!
Wednesday (2/10) - What’s your status?:
Students would dress in the colors that represent their relationship status, the colors were…
Pink - Single
Red - Taken
Black - Complicated
They would then post it and tag their class account to go towards spirit points!
Thursday (2/11) - Virtual Valentine’s Day Cards:
ASB provided 3 virtual Valentine’s Day cards that incorporated the new class themes and colors. Students were able to tag someone else in the card to “Virtually Send It” to them through Instagram. They would then post it and tag their class account to go towards spirit points!
This is for class points and must be posted on your Instagram story before 3 pm for it to count. Remember to tag your class account and the ASB account too. Have fun Dons!
